Lifehacks Add comments
You don’t have a smile on your face, when you think about going tomorrow to the office.
You go to bed having in mind you don’t want to wake up because of your job.
Entire workweek you are waiting for the weekend to begin.
If at least one of above sentence is true for you, use following simple steps to have a better day at work. These are my favorite:
- Start the day before with uncluttering your desk.
- Go sleep 1 hour earlier than usual and wake up 1 hour earlier.
- Perform 10 minutes morning workout routine.
- Take a refreshing shower.
- Eat solid breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day.
- Take some fruit to the office.
- Listen to energetic and positive music on your way to the office.
- Smile. Keep positive attitude.
- Keep a live plant on or near your desk. Preferably green.
- Sort out your priorities for the day.
- Start with two most important tasks you have to do today. Don’t answer e-mails before you finish, until it is deadly urgent.
- Turn off all distractors.
- Focus on your current activity.
- Slow down, relax and you will accomplish more.
- Don’t waste your time online.
- Call co-workers by their names.
- Talk with co-worker you really like.
- Talk with co-worker you don’t like. Keep this conversation in a positive way.
- If there is an opportunity, offer your help to a co-worker.
- If you need, ask for a help.
- Each hour take a break from your screen. Look around. Move around.
- After rocking day at work, give yourself a nice reward.

I definitely agree with step No. 22.
